Job Description : POSITION SUMMARY
The Cashier position for the Smoke Tokes CBD & Vape Shop is to assist customers in completing purchase transactions while maintaining customer service excellence.

Maintain balanced till and cash paperworkBe able to perform basic till functionsBe able to perform voids, refunds, no sales without supervisionBe able to assist in the above tasks in a timely friendly mannerBe able to handle proper vending techniques for changeHave excellent customer service skillsBe able to assertively handle irate customers in accordance with store policies and proceduresMaintains a daily communication with all SupervisorsCan effectively follow all store policies and memos issued by senior managementEnsures compliance to store and federal policies regarding the Responsible Vendor Program in sales of tobacco.Attend any and all mandatory staff meetingsCan ensure the store is customer ready at all timesIs responsible for the proper opening and closing of the store in a timely manner

21+ Preferred
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Cash handling experience preferred
Computer Skills
Must be proficient with computers and have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
