Position : RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATES AT THE PHILADELPHIA AIRPORT – (PHL)

Job Description : Stellar Partners is looking for part time Sales Associates who love being part of a team, have positive attitudes and great multi-tasking skills! Our Sales Associates provide an amazing in-store experience to every customer, impressing them with product knowledge and customer service skills.
Primary responsibilities:

Provide a high level of customer service at all times
Collaborate with management to resolve customer concerns
Develop and maintain superior product knowledge
Communicate sales, specials, and promotions
Operate sales POS systems quickly and accurately handle cash
Assist leadership with opening & closing of the store as needed
Stock and restock merchandise throughout the shift while maintaining neat & organized merchandise presentation standards on the sales floor
Participate in inventory counts as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred
1-2 years of sales floor/retail experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds & to stand for duration of scheduled shift
Maintain a dependable and punctual attendance
Flexible availability that may include nights, weekends or holidays
Communicate in English effectively
Must be authorized to work in the US & able to pass airport FAA background checks

FAA Background Check-This airport specific classification requires each incumbent to complete and pass a TSA/FAA 10-year employment history verification, which includes fingerprinting and a Criminal History Records check. This status must be obtained upon hire and maintained for the duration of employment at the airport.
