Reports to: Head – Rewards ISC
Job Summary
The incumbent will advice Rewards Leaders, HR Operations, HRBPs, HRMs on rewards policies, practices and procedures in Philips across the system. He / she will contribute to the design of rewards policies, processes and tools and will be involved in the delivery of global service in rewards SSC (e.g. International Mobility or Stock Option & Share Center).
You are responsible for
Sales Incentive design and Administration:
Design and delivery of incentive compensation plans using Numero/ Anaplan Software
Provide guidance to sales management on compensation issues
Provide support and on-going administration of the sales incentive application
Collaborate with Finance and Sales Operations to ensure that compensation plan changes are aligned with business processes
Partner with Sales Commissions team to provide guidance on the administration of compensation plans
Provide reporting and analytics on sales performance
Develop communication and training to support sales compensation plans
Ensure accurate maintenance of sales data through HR Workday system, liaising with HRIS lead as necessary to ensure updates and system refinements are delivered
Maintain annual sales and services compensation Terms and Conditions / policy documents
Responsible for maintaining incentive data
Rewards Policies and processes
Oversees the full spectrum of rewards policies, practices and processes in Philips
Support, guide and provide subject matter expertise to HRMs, line managers in the countries and recruiters with rewards matters, grading and job evaluations, salary and benefits policies and practices.
Ensures that benefits and compensation plans for each employee are in line with established rewards policies and local legislation requirements.
Delivers global service in a rewards SSC (e.g. International Mobility or Stock Option & Share Center), executes the administrative and transactional consequences of rewards decisions
Responsible for individual off cycle salary change or off cycle cash awards
Contributes to the design of global rewards policies, processes and tools, by collecting and analyzing results global and local benchmarking partners and collecting business requirements and market developments as part of the defined strategy and signals “white spots” in the offerings
Develops and analyzes reports and data to determine competitive position, compliance, and program effectiveness
Participates in Market benchmarking studies and subsequently supports Rewards Leader in designing, aligning and maintaining (global / local) pay structures & pay ranges and the benefit plans
Ensures successful vendor outcomes by clarifying expectation, providing data/inputs as necessary
Conducts periodic line manager and HRM training as necessary on Rewards Process/Policies and tools to build capability and drive a Manager Self Service culture
Support effective execution of Performance Management, incentive and long term incentive as necessary and develop/execute processes to drive a pay-for-performance philosophy
Ensure successful benefits administration activities, provide plan interpretation guidance and serve as a benefit subject matter expert to the organization

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
An MBA degree with 5+ years of overall work experience
Knowledge of Numero/ Anaplan Software
Good interpersonal skills and high task & customer orientation
Attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of employees and managers.
Ability to work with cross functional teams – ability to influence in absence of reporting relationship
Strong leadership and Stakeholder Management skills, flexible team player
Excellent presentation and communications skills
