Job Description : We are growing, and we are hiring qualified compassionate nurses with clinical expertise, who strive for excellence to join our dedicated team that is passionate about providing extraordinary care to those we serve.
Our Admission’s Registered Nurse is responsible for:

Patient assessment regarding eligibility
Completion of required comprehensive documentation
Initial plan of care
Required teaching of patient and family
Making patient visits in the absence of an admission as needed
Experience:

Hospice admissions experience preferred/ One year hospice nursing experience: (required)
