Job Description
Accountable for profitability, along with short and long term business objectives.
Efficient distribution and sales management by identifying opportunities for better distribution mechanism. Lead process for aligning existing distributors with business objectives and goals and guide and monitor team towards distribution opportunity mapping and identifying solution partner. Establish objectives and processes for distributor appointment and manage and structure key points of operation around distribution management like ROI, investment components, margins, scope of business growth
Improving inventory management and minimizing wastage of resources by efficient collaboration with SCM to aid in swift distribution and transportation.
Implement Sales Automation. Coach, DBs, Sales Team in decision making and drive business results using the reports available
The Successful Applicant
P&L delivery for the zone
Blueprint for 2 year distribution target, cold chain expansion and regional penetration strategy Business strategy for the zone, immediate and long term
Professional/ Technical Competencies
Strong technical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, complemented by excellent attention to details, follow-up and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and drive projects to completion
Able to build trust & sustainable interpersonal relationships with multiple stakeholders Self-Motivated, Action Oriented, Planning and Organizing and Stake Holder Management Able to identify
