DESIGNATION/ TITLE Sales Officer- General Trade
REPORTING TO Area Sales Manager
LOCATION Rajasthan
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieving Sales Target
To appoint Stockiest in assigned area as per company norms
Keeping track on Primary and secondary sales targets
Handling team of Sales Representative
To give rates on day-to day basis to all Distributors
Co-ordination with logistics and depot for proper flow and distribution of stock
To do redistribution in retail market on day-to-day basis
Prompt payment follow up
Rotation of stocks at retails as well as at distributor point on FIFO basis
Training, developing and motivating the Sales Representative
Job Specifaction
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE & AGE BAND 2 + years of experience in sales in Food Industries
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION S.S.C
TARGET INDUSTRIES Food Industries
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE 2 + years of experience in selling food products
COMPETENCIES
Product Knowledge
Client Relationship
Reporting skills, Attention to detail
Territory management, competitive analysis
