Job Description : As part of this job profile you are required to perform the following duties:Planning and execution of orders and spare parts enquiries – primarily by email.Advise customers with our products and troubleshoot the problems faced in screw press and oil mill.Must be able to read drawings of parts and take measurements at the site.Responsible to deal with customers for machinery routine service or breakdown service.Responsible for service report of each customer visitAttentive to customer service requests or service support when requested.At Vishwa, we believe training and experience come with time. Whether you are technically or commercially is less important as long as you are attentive to details. Training is provided every weekend to provide support and knowledge for your position.Requirements2 years of experience is preferred in a comparable capacity in the rendering or processing business, as well as expertise in servicing, maintenance, and installation projects.You have excellent communication skills and the ability to create connections both inside and outside with customers and external contractors.Your problem-solving style is analytical, and you can make autonomous judgments when on-site visits.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission payPerformance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Diploma (Preferred)Experience:total work: 2 years (Required)Sales: 1 year (Required)Willingness to travel:75% (Required)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
