Job Description : NOW HIRING! Service Schedulers / CSR’s for residential HVAC & Plumbing company! Hourly base pay + uncapped commission! Average earnings of $20-35/hour!! Apply now! This is an in-office position, we do not offer remote.

Our Customer Service Representatives, or CSR’s, work from our in-office call center delivering stellar customer service while taking inbound customer calls to schedule HVAC & plumbing maintenance & service appointments. Additionally, CSR’s handle a variety of other calls such as payment and refund processing, billing updates, and other job related tasks as assigned. Some outbound calling as necessary.
Don’t have experience or knowledge in HVAC or plumbing? NO PROBLEM! We provide training and all the tools necessary to succeed!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Inbound & outbound calls, averaging 100-150 calls per day
Schedule service appointments
Assist with customer account/invoice related questions
Mentor new CSR’s
General administrative duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required
ServiceTitan software experience preferred, but not necessary
Strong computer, organizational, & multi-tasking skills is a must
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
Must maintain a friendly, positive, customer-centric attitude
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $35.00 per hour
