Job Description : Now Hiring For a FULL-TIME, SALARIED Scheduling Manager
Comprehensive Cleaning Services is looking to hire a full-time Scheduling Manager!!
CCS is primarily a 3rd party cleaning vendor for San Diego’s most prominent Vacation Rental Companies.
This is an office position located in Pacific Beach and oversees the daily cleaning operations throughout the greater San Diego area.

Job Includes (but is not limited to):

Scheduling
Invoicing
Inventory
Upkeep of company spreadsheets / records
All cleaner hiring and onboarding
Training and employee support
In-depth knowledge of apps used
Willingness to help in the field, cleaning / assisting cleaners
Oversight and planning of monthly meetings and quarterly reviews
New property / client onboarding
Ability to see where the gaps are / places that we can improve as a company and to implement the changes that are needed

Qualification Must-Haves:

Management experience, 2 or more years
College degree or equivalent
Schedule flexibility – this is NOT a M-F, 9-5 job.
