Now is an exciting time to join CVC in our newly rebranded and expanding Customer Service Center! We are seeking professional, outgoing, and fun people to join our team. In this role you will be using your amazing Customer Service skills to answer phone calls and assist our callers in scheduling appointments for clinic visits, procedures, imaging services, answering questions, and processing referrals. Not all your time will be taking inbound calls, we do outreach via outbound calls, emails, and other offline activities.
Our goal at the Customer Service Center is to provide a top-notch interaction with every caller.
We are looking for people who have Cardiology, CNA, MA, Medical Office experience, or outstanding Call Center/Customer Service experience.
This opportunity is Full Time Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 NO WEEKENDS or NIGHTS!
This position is currently an in-office job, and we are located in Phoenix, AZ 85032.
Work From Home is coming later this year!
Starting pay $16-$20 an hour DOE
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
ž Professionally answers a high volume of inbound calls from providers and patients.
ž Makes outbound calls when necessary to provide resolution.
ž Responds to and resolves all forms of customer inquiries.
ž Performs all aspects of scheduling patient appointments.
ž Escalates complaints to the PSC Manager
ž Provides customers with accurate information.
ž Recognizes, documents, and alerts to trends of customer calls.
ž Routes calls to appropriate resources.
ž Follows-up on customer inquiries when necessary.
ž Recommends process improvements.
ž Processes test order forms and referrals.
ž Processes department voicemails.
ž Cross-trains in support of Operator role.
ž Meets all performance matrix
ž Additional duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
ž A minimum of two years of customer service experience.
ž High school diploma or equivalent.
ž Professional verbal and written communication skills.
ž Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
ž Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm.
ž Proficient in use of Microsoft Office.
ž Computer literacy with the ability to learn software applications.
ž Must be comfortable with technology.
ž Familiarity with medical terminology preferred not required.
ž Must be a team-player.
ž Must be detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to change.
ž Must be tolerant of stressful situations with strong problem-solving skills.
ž Resiliency with strong initiative and sound judgment.
ž Good listening skills.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
ž While performing duties of the job, employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands and fingers; talk and hear.
ž Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
ž Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
ž The noise level of the work environment is usually moderate.
