Job Description : Service Writer needed, WEEKENDS OFF!

Century Trucks & Vans is the largest used commercial truck dealership in Texas and we are looking for the best of the best service writer to manage our sold unit process. You will deal directly with the Sales manager, Recon manager, and Shop Foreman to help expedite the Recon process for pre-sold vehicles.
Job Tasks:
* Tracking all sold vehicles and keeping the sales staff up to date at all times with accurate time frames, and expectations so they can manage the customers expectations and provide the 5 star customer service we pride ourselves on.
* Scheduling repairs, with P&B, Trim, and glass vendors as well as with our service department as well as holding them accountable for agreed upon time frames.
* QC all sold units to ensure the sold RO is 100% complete and the vehicle is ready for delivery per the sales departments request.
