Position : Service Coordinator

Job Description : Summary
Interact with Vector customers, manufacturing partners and Vector employees to address, coordinate and schedule customer’s inquiries, concerns, and requests about Vector solutions and/or services reactively and proactively.
Responsibilities

Assess the service needs of clients, respond promptly, and provide recommendations.
Scheduling service appointments for clients with trained field technicians, answering phones and tracking clients’ service records.
Handle and find solutions to customer complaints/issues and report to Service Manager.
Monitoring the services being provided and staying up to date on any services being introduced or discontinued.
Following up with clients regularly to assess and ensure their satisfaction.
Create and maintain a database of clients and field service reports
Maintain and keep up to date field service tools and equipment
Input data from Field Service Reports and invoice clients accordingly
Work with our Manufacturing Partners and Sales Team as required for field service requests.

Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Epicor/P21, Salesforce)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
