Job Description : Maintaining existing relationship through delivering excellent client service, creating and maintaining client files, handling account opening & documentations or Embassies & International Organizations.
Meeting existing clients regularly, understanding their needs & providing solutions.
Responding to client inquiries on documentation, account activity, statement information, Product and/or service information.
Identify potential new clients and work with them to build up a relationship with the goal of acquiring their banking relationship.
Coordinating with support functions, CPC/RPC/Trade/Treasury for account opening & Trade related transactions.
Ensuring strict adherence to compliance, audit and regulatory requirements for customer segment.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills thereby building relationships with clients.
Excellent communication & presentation skills with customer service orientation.
Good knowledge of Microsoft excels.
Team worker with a collaborative & creative mind set.
Understanding of banking norms and processes.
