Job Summary:
Must be able to make efforts for planning for maximizing production, proper utilization of raw materials & arranging manpower. Responsible for the smooth running of operation as per SOP, troubleshooting during an emergency. Should be capable of handling day to day operations and knowledge of maintenance will be an added advantage. Ensure the smooth running of all machinery.
Job Description:
Must be able to make efforts for planning for maximizing production, proper utilization of raw materials & arranging manpower. Responsible for the smooth running of operation as per SOP, troubleshooting during an emergency. Should be capable of handling day to day operations and knowledge of maintenance will be an added advantage. Ensure the smooth running of all machinery. Responsible for handling control room operations. Should possess excellent co-ordination skills with maintenance, QC, waste preparation, stores, and other departments. Ensure preparation of work permits. Responsible for training of operators and labor and workplace safety He must be familiar with legal compliances required by PCB & CPCB. Handling operations of multiple effective evaporator. Attending safety meetings in a month and updating material safety data sheets (MSDS) and also council the lower-level employees for safe operations. He will be responsible for overall safety of the operation, human during his shift. Responsible for ensuring Plant Housekeeping. Responsible for ensuring the maintenance of Records (log sheet) of shift, allocation of Manpower. Must maintain history and record of all activities.Working experience of SAP Module PP (Production Planning).
Skills & Qualification:
Msc/Bsc/Diploma (Chemical)/BE.
