Job Description : Minimum Qualifications: BE / Diploma Engineering.Should have 5 years of experience in the field of welding consumable production (MIG wire, SAW wire, Tig wire)Should have at least 3 years of experience in handling production activities as Shift in chargeWorking knowledge of ERP/ SAPJOB Description1- Execute production operations in coordination with other functions & Maintaining Quality Productivity & Assist in PPC function.2- Rotate in all shifts as per requirement3- Ensure that all equipment, materials are readily and continuous available to carry out production process smoothly4- Managing manpower / managing shift to smooth running of production.5- To train the manpower whenever required6- Maintaining machine upkeep by insuring all the spare parts available on time7- Overseeing Quality control to throughout the production process8- To prepare monthly reports on process characteristics9- managing production reports10- Application of lean manufacturing, FMEA and industrial engineering tools to increase productivity & ERP discipline.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shift
