About the Job:
West Coast Surgical is hiring for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk, with a precise attention to detail to join our growing company. In this position, you will coordinate product shipping and distribution by working on existing logistics systems and directing daily operations. You will help manage purchasing, warehousing, distribution, forecasting, and/or customer service.
Duties/Essential Job Functions:

Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipments in error with suppliers.
Work independently to assure incoming receiving is processed daily.
Tracks order status of open supplier purchase orders.
Clean and package customer products for shipping.
Prepare and Pack shipments for supplier processing.
Ship orders (Prepare UPS/FedEx labels and schedule pickup)
Stocking inventory and picking parts for our shop floor assembly team.
Awareness of General WCS Quality Management System (QMS), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), & Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Experience/Skills:

1-3 years previous experience preferred
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to read, understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English and count accurately

Physical Requirements:

Business casual attire
Occasional travel (5‐10%)
Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 25‐30 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
