Job Description : Hiring Immediately: Shipping Logistics Supervisor
Take the next step in your LTL career as a shipping logistics supervisor in our Grand Prairie, TX terminal. Based in the fast-paced environment of a large breakbulk LTL terminal, dock supervisors ensure freight moves safely and efficiently in sync with our network of 200+ locations.
We’re looking for someone with a strong logistics background and good leadership and team building skills to help lead our dock teams. Responsibilities include dock planning and scheduling, assigning equipment, ensuring employees follow safety and operations processes.

Qualifications Summary:
Prior management, dispatch and dock experience required, preferably in LTL trucking industry
Strong leadership, employee development, and communication skills
Must be knowledgeable of local metropolitan area
Strong work ethic and good problem solving skills
Willing to work 50 hours/week average
Capable
of working under tight time constraints in a high volume environment with multiple priorities
