Position : Shipping & Receiving Associate (Pick & Pack)

As a Shipping Associate on our Aftermarket team, you will be working your team members to ensure we have the necessary spare parts needed for our customers! Are you looking to get your hands dirty and learn our spare parts area? Apply today and kickstart your career with us!

Assist in parts pulling, picking, kitting when needed.
Ensure transactions in ERP system are completed in timely manner and reflect accurate material movements.
Prepare orders for shipment by suitably wrapping, packing, and boxing materials to prevent damage in-transit.
Verify incoming receipts against packing slips/lists, recording, and reporting any damages.
Work with purchasing and customer service to resolve any issues with Receipts and Shipments.
Responsible for the entire shipping process of global Aftermarket orders that have been picked and ready to pack (physically and within ERP system).
Set up pickups with freight lines for truck pickups and load/unload inbound/outbound parts shipments.
Process deliveries via UPS and FedEx.

What you will contribute to our diverse team:

Exposure to an Inventory and warehouse environment.
Experience using an RF Scanner or scan guns that can scan barcodes.
Experience operating Third-Party Logistics (3PL) systems (UPS, FedEx).
Experience with setting up and organizing truck shipments.
Experience with identifying and preparing bill of lading (BOL) and any other required documentation.
Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel.
