Job Description : DUTIES:

Welcoming and directing visitors to the appropriate person

Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary
Maintaining files (vendor files, job files, timecards, etc.…)
Collecting and reviewing mechanics timecards to ensure the information provided is complete and accurate. (Physical and digital)
Tracking and replacing office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions

Sorting and distributing mail

Submitting expense reports
Perform any other related duties as required and assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
1-3 years of administrative/ clerical experience preferred Strong typing and computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Good oral and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and detail oriented. Ability to multi-task Teamwork Experience
