About the Role: We are looking for a SITKA® Gear Account Marketer for our SITKA® Gear team in Bozeman, Montana. In this role, you will lead a cross functional team through strategy and execution. This team uses advanced design, technology and fabrics to create gear systems that enhance the experience of the hunter.
Responsibilities:
Lead multi-channel marketing efforts for SITKA®’s top wholesale accounts to enhance brand loyalty, drive sell-through and increase market share
Work alongside sales and brand marketing partners to develop seasonal strategic account marketing plans and calendars
Develop integrated content distribution strategies across the accounts digital journey and in-store environments
Partner closely with internal teams to ensure Visual Merchandising presentation is impactful and consistent
Enable seamless transition of creative assets to account partners unifying the marketplace against key product launches
Author detailed content briefs and champion execution with internal and external creative partners to solve for account specific marketing initiatives
Plan and execute comprehensive training programs to enhance floor staff knowledge of, and connection to, the SITKA brand
Analyze performance through A/B Testing to set benchmarks and improve content creation and distribution strategies for future activations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
Minimum of 6 years experience in marketing
Minimum of 2 years experience planning, developing, and implementing seasonal marketing plans and/ or product launches
Experience in delivering and measuring KPIs from multi-channel strategies and investments
Experience translating high level strategy into actionable tactical plans
Data driven with strong process orientation
Proven track record for unlocking highly productive reach both online and offline for premium brands
Ability to travel up to 30%
Desired Qualifications:
Master’s degree in marketing, business or related field
Experience in a marketing role within a Fortune 500 multi-channel brand
