Job Description : Supervisor- Snapshot
I. Job Description
Supervisor should gain end to end process knowledge and required to support team members on day-to-day activities. He / She will ensure all updates are shared to team on regular basis. Maintain data for team, conduct process training /regular process assessment, resolve conflicts and handle process escalation
II. Essential functions
The Supervisor will work with business owners, managers, team leaders and other staff members to accomplish the daily set targets based on the process engaged.
Knowledge of MS office and know how about the basic function of MS office (MS excel is a must- with good understanding)
Improvise on daily processing efficiency and accuracy.
Cultivates and maintains working relationships with team members
Pro-active and zeal to outperform
Knowledge of fundamentals of accounting
Communication- Should be able to comprehend well (written and verbal) and should be able to participate / lead on business calls
Hardworking, flexible, and Pro-active
Willingness to work in any business shift – Fixed and rotational, Day or Night shifts hours
Team handling experience (15- 30 team members)
III. Qualifications
PREFERRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven work experience as a supervisor (with minimum team span of 15-30)
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
Actively participate in Day – day production and process knowledge
Decision-making skills
Set clear team goals
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
Motivate team members
Discover training needs and provide coaching
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Organizational and time-management skills
