Position : Social Media Coordinator

Job Description : T.U.K. Footwear creates iconic footwear for individuals with eclectic taste bringing together the perfect mix of English style and West Coast punk. We’re looking for a trendy, fashion forward Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team. Your job would be assisting the Marketing Coordinator with all of the social media platforms and bringing new ideas to the team. Will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day of Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and TikTok, brainstorming new social campaigns, engaging on social media and keeping the brands identity consistent with our online presence. Candidate must have knowledge of how algorithms work and basic understanding of how each social media platforms personality differs.
Responsibilities: *

The Social Media Content Coordinator will assist with day-to-day management of T.U.K Shoes social media platforms and support the Marketing Coordinator in strategizing, scheduling, creating, editing, and publishing engaging content for all social media platforms.
Maintain and implement knowledge of social media best practices and trends
Oversee 1-to-1 fan engagement across social media platforms including responding to fan questions and comments and monitoring fan conversations.
Assist the Marketing Coordinator in regular social media analytics reporting.
Assist the Marketing Coordinator in content creation working with the graphic design and video production teams for social media assets.
Have a basic understanding of influencer marketing
Manage existing & discover new influencers to partner with that align with brand identity
Assumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must meet the following minimum requirements

Experience working with multiple social media platforms (Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat) for a major brand or organization, Fashion/Music industry preferred.
Ability to consistently explore creative and innovative ideas for social media content and brand building campaigns.
Keen editorial sense and significant attention to detail with a strong handle of grammar, punctuation, and social media brand voice.
Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro, additional Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and reactionary environment.
In-depth understanding of fashion, music and social media trends
Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting.
Strong ability to work well with co-workers and supervisors in a team environment.
Possess very high degree of discretion, professionalism and accountability.
