Job description
Albany Park, albanypark.com, is looking for a Social Media Associate to join our in- house Marketing and Creative Team to help bring the Albany Park brand voice to life across all platforms – TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and beyond.
This person will assist on the strategy and creation of new content, and by engaging with our audience. They are a creative thinker who understands the importance of testing various types of content and measuring results. They are relentless in their pursuit of success and are willing to learn from our CMO.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Collaborate with Marketing and Creative Team on social strategy and content calendar, based on our brand voice, on-going marketing efforts, and current trends
Create, edit, and post weekly content on behalf of Albany Park that embraces emerging trends, drives innovation within the channel, and aligns with Albany Park’s objectives
Engage with the Albany Park community, including replying to comments, creating reply videos, and participating in topical conversations
Identify and repurpose top-performing content for Performance Team
Work alongside Partnerships Team to identify potential Influencer Partners on all platforms
Share insights on top-performing content in bi-weekly social media report, along with ongoing competitive analysis
Job requirements
Proven success on TikTok, either through a personal account or another brand account
Demonstrates the ability to use inclusive and empathetic language
Strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams
An eye for design and aesthetics, as shown through your personal social accounts or other relevant work
Based in Houston, TX (or Austin, TX) with the ability to travel to our showrooms, photoshoot locations, and other locations around the city
Passionate about interior design and furniture

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
