Position : Social Media Marketing Specialist
Job Description : USRealtyPhotos is seeking a social media specialist to manage our many social media accounts.
You will be expected to be expert in Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok and emerging social media (“SM”) platforms
You will demonstrate a clear knowledge of data levels (platform, site, client), associated KPIs, variables and usage for all ad campaigns
You will support ongoing communication with brand management and executive teams from initial planning to campaign wrap
You will create and present tactical plans aligned with broader digital strategy for all SM platforms
You should be able to identify, recommend and execute testing opportunities
You will review historical data and forecasts plan results
You will demonstrate the capability to assess all inputs and recommend reporting format and cadence
You will contribute to creation of pixel matrices and assist with pixel placement & QA in accordance with media and reporting plan
You will work with clients to get account and asset access
You will collect and share ad unit specs in accordance with our digital marketing plan
You will create and maintain traffic “hit” sheets as SM buys are optimized
You will set up, execute and monitor campaigns in all SM platforms
You will support clear communication with account, management, and executive teams as it relates to ad sets and troubleshoot all issues
QA’s and monitors live campaigns to ensure ad sets and creative are running as planned
You will write monthly campaign insights and make ongoing optimizations to all SM campaigns
You will maintain buy details in buy management software as buys deliver and are optimized
You will maintain channels and platform budgets in accounting software
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50,000.00 – $73,500.00 per year
