Job Description : Marketing Director
Mission Golf Cars is looking for an energetic, creative mind to help grow our brand across the state. As a business, we have continued to grow year over year and have realized the need for a full time Marketing Director. We specialize in building only the most badass golf cars and need help showing them off to the masses. We are adding three locations this year and need help telling everyone about it. A large part of this position will be based out of our main location in San Antonio with very little out of town work unless we have a multi-day event somewhere that needs to be showcased.
Would be required to become familiar with brand guidelines for co-op to design and market what we sell in our areas of responsibility. This would include filing co-op claims and keeping an up-to-date spreadsheet of claims and credits received for the brands we sell.
On the social media side, this position will maintain and build our brand across Instagram and Facebook with daily posts and new ideas to grow our social media presence. This person will be responsible for all content creation so photo and video editing are a necessity.
Responsibilities for the website include taking pictures of each golf car built and keeping website inventory up to date daily (adding and removing units). This person will work with GM initially on pricing to ensure correct pricing is being posted. Digital marketing and design experience is also a plus, as we continue our effort to increase website traffic using our current platform, and/or researching other platforms to use to increase visibility across the state.
This position will be evolving as technology changes and marketing needs grow with our business. Currently, we have three locations under Mission Golf Cars and will be adding two more in the next six months. Our continued and substantial growth over the last few years has brought us the need for a full time Marketing Director and we’re excited for the right person to fill this spot. As a family operated business in the industry for over 40 years, we’re continually looking for new ways to market ourselves to stay ahead of the competition, and this position will be an important part of our winning team!
