Job Description : Job Summary:
A Soft Skill Training specialist will help the employees cultivate the skills and knowledge required to perform their job effectively. The trainer is not only expected to transfer knowledge and skill but also motivate and set examples to achieve high levels of excellence.
The soft skill training specialist is required to enhance the competencies of the employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employees’ workplace performance in accordance with business needs and goals. He/she will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials, and managing all phases of training interventions.
Job Responsibilities:
Well versed with the knowledge and ability to train and coach on accent neutralization
Sample and evaluate language quality and communication skills using the standardized communication monitoring form
Training of new hires on fundamental call handling and communication skills essential for entry to the mid-level performance.
Designing and conducting training programs
Support business with need-based OJT Support Coaching and Refresher Training
Training needs assessment parameter-based assessment for root cause analysis and action planning.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders for implementation and evaluation of training projects
Conduct employee engagement activities to maximize conversion.
Provide feedback to agents through call monitoring system and in-person to assist Team Leaders in the development of front-line advisors.
Ensure that agents adhere to the certification process and guide them through the required levels.
Participate in calibration sessions with Clients, Quality and Operations team
Capture common errors among agents and recommend huddle sessions for those with language opportunities
Competency Requirement (with desired proficiency level) in Hindi and English
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree with at least one year of relevant experience preferred
Communication Skills (Oral and Written) – Advanced/Expert
Soft Skills Domain – Advanced
Evaluating others – Advanced
Coaching & Feedback – Advanced
Instructional Design – Intermediate/Advanced
Facilitation Skills – Expert
Excel Skills – Advanced
Flexibility, Integrity, and Accountability – Expert
Proficient in MS Office
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships
