Job Description : Software, Hardware Support and Electronics Tech Assistant
We are looking for an individual to help us with Software and Hardware Support on various products and software we sell and develop. Within the same department you will help our head tech diagnose and repair electronics which may including soldering, board diagnostics, etc. (training provided)
On the side there will also be very light sales (answering technical sales questions, etc) and any other related assistant the manager might need.
Job requires customer support and interaction by email, chat, in person, phone, etc.
Hours 9AM-6PM with 1 hour break.
