The team you’ll be part of

The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:
Act as Prime Architect of solutions/applications within the Team.
Ensure that the solutions & development methodology are up to date with latest technological enhancements/evolutions.
Develop End-to-End applications related to Automation, Robotic Process Automation/RPA using but not limited to Microsoft Power Platforms.
Build Application User Interface/UI/Front End using but not limited to Microsoft Power Apps/SharePoint Designer/SPFx.
Build Flows using but not limited to MS Power Automate.
Integrate Application UI with Flows and other platforms/backend logical modules.
Build Logical modules using but not limited to MS Excel/MS Word.
Perform the role of Technical Leader and Mentor for Team.
Perform requirements gathering, finalization, implementation & support for business need.
Be open to learn new and evolving technologies/platforms.
Understand, support & enhance applications ensuring they keep pace with the latest technological advancements.

Your skills and experience

You have:

B.E./B. Tech. in Computer Science/Telecom/Electronics.
10-14 years of experience in Software Development.
Minimum 8 years’ hands-on experience on SharePoint/MS Power Automate/Flows, SharePoint Framework/SPFx, MS Forms, SharePoint Designer, MS Power Apps, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Visual Basic for Applications.
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills both written and spoken.
Creativity, self-confidence, flexibility and are a Team Player.

It would be nice if you also had:
Microsoft Power BI skills
Skills in web technologies like Angular, React, iQuery, CSS3
