We’re Recourse Communications and we match top talent with top opportunities. As Sourcing Recruiter for our client’s medical center you will be responsible for the Talent Acquisition sourcing strategy and functions, including finding candidates, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction. You will coordinate all the sourcing activities for the Talent Acquisition team and help recruiters with high requisition loads.
Additionally, you will identify recruitment sourcing markets, create sourcing strategies, recommend appropriate sourcing venues, and be the first contact for passive candidates. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. You will attend job fairs and college recruiting events, as well as post openings on social media.
About You
· Bachelor’s degree required (Experience may be considered, in lieu of a degree)
· Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in talent acquisition in a recruiting or sourcing role required
· Sourcing experience is highly preferred
· Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) required and candidate resource management systems (CRM) required
· Healthcare experience preferred
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Able to make quick decisions
· Be a good ambassador of the brand
