Job Description : Overview:
At Spurs Sports & Entertainment (SS&E), we work in service of something bigger than ourselves, it’s so much more than the game or concert itself. It takes all members of our Spurs Family to harness the power of sports and entertainment to build moments that endure, memories that excite, and connections that strengthen our community. This position will be responsible for working with key partners in coordinating summer basketball camps. The candidate will be a liaison to vendors, students, parents, coaches, and caterers. The ideal candidate is a champion for youth sports, and seek engagement opportunities to improve their skills and drive growth across the enterprise. In addition, this role will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and a diverse group of external professionals.

Responsibilities:
Effectively communicate and provide excellent customer service to parents who have registered for an upcoming camp session and to customers inquiring about Spurs Camp Sessions.
Coordinate, organize, and communicate the scheduling of coaches, roster forms, booklets, and sign-in sheets
Assist in the preparation of a Spurs Camp session – including but not limited to managing Spurs Camp value adds (partnership certificates), lunch orders, photo packages, character workbooks, Ballogy usernames, etc.
Others as they are assigned
Qualifications:
College Degree Preferred
Proficient in Google drive & applications (docs, sheets, & forms).
Ability to effectively communicate with coaches of basketball teams
Comfortable with cold-calling
Ability to manage and organize large amounts of information.
Be able to work with others to accomplish tasks
Ability to work a flexible schedule
