Job Description : SHAW ORTHODONTICS IS RECRUITING WORLD-CLASS TALENT IN our Watauga location!

We are currently looking for a Sterilization, Records, Social Media Tech, and we are willing to train the right person. Someone with great customer service skills and attention to detail. This is a great entry level position for someone just getting started in Orthodontics. If you have Social Media skills that would be a bonus!
What You’ll Do

Clean, sterilize, and prepare the equipment and working areas in strict accordance with sterilization/disinfection protocols
Keep chairs clean, stocked, and organized
Provides patient care instructions
Perform laboratory procedures under the general supervision of the Orthodontist (ie. 3D printing, fabricate retainers, lab tracking, etc).
Take & Upload records to patient software (photos, x-rays, scans, etc).
Assist in Local Store Marketing and community events
Capture content, create content and post to our social media platforms.
Cross-train as an orthodontic assistant. Entry level.

What You’ll Need

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Some dental/orthodontic industry experience is helpful, but not required. We will train you!
Positive attitude while training. Get ready for all the knowledge : )
