We are currently hiring for evening shifts, and need both Saturday and Sunday availability.
This is a great job for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is self-motivated and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day.
A day in the life…
· Maintain a clean and organized section, including keeping aisle ways clean and clutter free as well as properly storing hangers, rolling racks, red bins, and other fixtures.
· Provide fair and consistent customer service in accordance with Last Chance Expectations.
· Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers, maintain an accurate count of items customers take in and out of the fitting rooms, performing audits of sensor tags and keys.
· Provide assistance as necessary by helping to fill units to the floor, floor shifting, cashiering, and responding to calls regarding merchandise price checks.
· Demonstrate a high level of reliability, flexibility, and the openness for change.
· Work with the team to ensure the sale’s floor stays shoppable through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day.
· Prioritize tasks and projects efficiently and raise any concerns in a timely, constructive, and appropriate manner.
