Position : STOCKROOM ASSOCIATES AT PHILADELPHIA AIRPORT – (PHL)

Job Description : Stellar Partners is looking for Stock Room Associates who love being part of a team, have positive attitudes and self-motivating skills! Our Stock Associates play an integral role in the success of Stellar, by efficiently performing all stockroom responsibilities, maximizing & maintaining stockroom operations and ensuring a safe environment.
Primary Responsibilities:

Receive merchandise and merchandise logs with a high level of accuracy
Perform stocking activities throughout the shift & track all incoming and outgoing merchandise
Assist with returns for credi merchandise and processes RTV’s
Follow all loss prevention standards to protect merchandise
Communicate any merchandise shortages, overages, or damages to leadership
Assist with inter-store transfers within airport store locations & may be required to drive company vehicle
Assist with inventory control & annual inventory counts
Adhere to stock room safety procedures in compliance with Stellar’s safety & OSHA’s standards
Maintain clean, organized, and safe environment in the stockroom
Adhere to all Stellar customer service & merchandise presentation standards on the sales floor
Preferred Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
1-2 year of stockroom experience, receiving merchandise into a computerized system
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds & stand for duration of scheduled shift
Must be able to push/pull merchandise fixtures and carts
Maintain dependable and punctual attendance
Flexible availability that may include nights, weekends or holidays
Communicate in English effectively
Must be authorized to work in the US & able to pass airport FAA background check

FAA Background Check-This airport specific classification requires each incumbent to complete and pass a TSA/FAA 10-year employment history verification, which includes fingerprinting and a Criminal History Records check. This status must be obtained upon hire and maintained for the duration of employment at the airport.
