Job Description : Designation: Stores and Dispatch ExecutiveQualification: Graduate/B.Com/ or Equivalent Qualification with Relevant ExperienceReporting to: Stores In chargeJob Responsibilities:· To issue / dispense raw material and packaging material against production order as per standard operating procedures .· To receive, verify and store raw material and packaging material as per defined SOP· Coordination with customs of Production , QC, Purchase Department for related activities.· Responsible for Engineering stores movement & RM Stock maintenance and corresponding data entry in SAP.· All invoices check before custom gate entry.· All material entry in custom gate RM/PM/ENG/Consumable spares.· All Import material clearance in custom gate.· All import material Invoicing and Bill of entry preparing.· Finished Goods, Scrap sale Invoice preparation.· Bill of entry Import E waybill preparing.· Temporary removal challan preparing.· Sales Invoice and bill of entry preparing.· To receive store and review finished goods and related documents .· Coordination with Suppliers/Vendors/Transporters/Courier Services, etc.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementFood allowanceHealth insuranceLeave encashmentProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:SEZ, Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXApplication Deadline: 31/03/2022Expected Start Date: 31/03/2022
