Job Summary

Enrollment Concierge Services – Directs the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of Maricopa’s Enrollment Concierge Services program system wide.

Essential Functions

20% Plans, organizes, assigns, supervises, reviews and evaluates the work of staff
15% Collaborates with District offices, colleges, divisions, and community organizations on student services programs and initiative, Serves as a District representative and liaison with national, regional, state and local agencies regarding student services programs
15% Directs the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of district-wide student services programs, initiatives and related funding
10% Plans and develops strategy, goals and objectives; oversees the implementation of policy, Provides input to the tactical, strategic and long-range planning, Provides program development technical support, operational assistance and counsel to executive leadership
10% Responds to and resolves difficult or complex inquiries, requests and complaints
10% Researches, analyzes, reviews and provides management reporting on program data, results and industry information
10% Facilitates and oversees the delivery of student services program communications for the District
5% Plans, administers and oversees the development and management of budget and expenditures, Monitors and ensures program compliance with policy direction, laws and regulations
5% Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in education, business administration, public administration or related field and four (4) years of related experience that includes two (2) years of management and supervisory experience.
OR
Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in education, business administration, public administration or related field and six (6) years of related experience that includes two (2) years of management and supervisory experience.
OR
Associate’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in education, business administration, public administration or related field and eight (8) years of related experience that includes two (2) years of management and supervisory experience.
OR
High School Diploma or GED and ten (10) years of related experience that includes two (2) years of management and supervisory experience.

Special Working Conditions

Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
Working Conditions: Work is routinely performed in an indoor, office environment.
