Job Description : Front of House Manager: $20 hr, w/bonuses
Is the captain of the ship on the weekends that are hustling and bustling all weekend. This person has a great calm confidence about them that sets clients and staff at ease with a smile. This team member will be able to multitask and ensure the clients are having an EXCEPTIONAL experience every step of the way! Committed to working weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday) and can be flexible
Responsibilities Include:
Staff Management (Accountability, Inspiration & Intention)
Role Playing with our rockstar sales team
Delegate responsibilities (is your team rocking it out too?)
Making sure that all departments are hitting their marks! (Reception, photography and sales – together we get the job done!
On the spot inventory (no one wants to run out of pens!)
Being a customer service superstar
Maintaining the studio (does it look amazing? If not, let’s fix it!)
Projects as assigned – we are a small team, let’s get the job done!
