periodic revision/update of content in your field of expertise

thorough knowledge of subject matter and deep understanding of subject
understanding of student psyche and mental ability level of targeted user
awareness about latest trends in the subject field and among competitors
original and independent thinking
good comparative and observation skills and ability to interrelate things
