Position : Substitute Teacher
Job Description : The substitute teacher for grades K-8 would perform the duties of the regular teacher. Assignments are made through a web-based platform that allows the substitute teacher to select the jobs/positions which they would like to fill. It also allows a substitute teacher to only take jobs based on their availability.Rates for daily substitutes, certified or uncertified are $120 per day, or $60 for a half day.Rates for certified long term substitutes (< 20 days in one assignment with one day break for Affordable Care Act) are now $165 per day. Job Types: Part-time, Temporary Pay: $120.00 - $165.00 per day Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday On call COVID-19 considerations:We are complying with all federal, state, and local health mandates to combat the spread of the coronavirus. Ability to commute/relocate: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Are you willing to undergo the state required fingerprint based background check for all public school employees?
