Position : Supervisor of Patient Services

Job Description : The Supervisor of Patient Services is responsible for providing new employee onboarding, training, needs assessments, strategic planning, and scheduling of patient service representatives and enrollment and outreach worker. This position will manage the provider schedules and assist with creating and implementing policies, procedures and protocols, monitoring direct report staff performance in addition to retaining a high performing accountable workforce.

Position is located in the Village Health Center and is Full Time, M-F 8:30-5pm.

M-F 8:30am – 5pm
