Job Description : POSITION DETAILS:

Schedule: Evenings, 8-hour shifts

FTE: Full-Time, Exempt

Location: Main Campus

JOB SUMMARY:
The Supervisor, Patient Access, manages the day-to-day operations and provides technical and administrative leadership of the front-end revenue cycle. These responsibilities include: appointment scheduling, patient registration, front-end cash collection, patient authorization and other duties, as assigned. Reviews work schedules and assigns duties to insure optimal patient flow and production goals. Oversees and evaluates accuracy and quality of technical functions. If applicable, ensures high quality patient flow/care. Adheres to and supports the policies, procedures and standards of care. Ensures compliance with protocols and procedures. Plans and prioritizes work assignments. Supervises various personnel functions including recruitment, schedules, coaching and discipline.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma, GED or foreign equivalent
Two years of experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree
Three years of experience
