Job Description : Here at Expedia Group, we are looking for a motivated team member to join our Global Talent Acquisition team as a Supervisor, Recruitment Operations. In this fully remote role, you will play a key part in bringing top talent into our organization. You will manage a growing team of Recruitment Coordinators that support the recruiting process and experience of candidates across the globe.
This person will work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition leadership and program management teams to ensure that processes and tools in place, are adhered to across multiple regions, that the team is supported in meeting volume demands and that candidates and stakeholders receive exceptional service. What You’ll Do:
Manage a growing team of Recruiting Coordinators (RC) who span across multiple work shifts and who support global requests, this includes assisting with day-to-day workload balancing, ensuring proper coverage, approving hours and vacation requests
Oversee the onboarding, training, and development of direct reports; as well as the adherence to existing processes and proper use of tools to ensure accurate reporting
Ensure team is appropriately partnering with candidates, hiring managers and recruiters, and upholding exceptional customer service to these stakeholders
Encourage skill and career development of the team, engage in regular discussions about employee goals and opportunities for growth
Leverage RC metrics to manage team to SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and individual and team performance metrics and goals and ensure that each team is contributing consistently
Partner with leaders and stakeholders in and outside of the region to efficiently manage the team, to surface up challenges, process gaps and variations and proactively communicate any delays or challenges
Act as an escalation point for resolving out-of-process requests, issues with process adherence and feedback
Surface up areas of opportunity for process and/or functional improvements to the Global Program Manager in this full remote role
Who You Are:
Degree in Human Resources or related field; or equivalent related professional experience.
An individual who has managed or supervised a large team for the past 3 years, ideally across multiple shifts; you understand the intricacies of meeting expectations, while valuing individuals for their contributions.
An action-oriented leader, who uses data to guide decision making; you know how to pull the data you need to make objective and fast decisions.
An individual who is process focused; the details matter to you and you consider the experience of those involved.
A team member with a great attitude, someone who embraces change and encourages their team to do the same; you realize that the demands of the industry are dynamic and that priorities can shift quickly.
You’ve worked in the talent acquisition or ops space as a team manager before, you understand the operational realities of the role and how to balance the day to day with the larger picture.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable partaking in a healthy debate and collaboration with team members; you embrace the multiple perspectives of a global team and are comfortable engaging.
You value exceptional customer service, consistently considering the candidate experience; you understand that our candidates are also our clients and that we impact the Expedia Group brand.
An individual who likes to solve and improve challenges; you have the inclination to improve and look for opportunities to be more effective, efficient and to provide better quality.

Flexibility to commit to the shifts between 8AM – 4AM IST
