Job Description : Job Description

Coordinating different section of Department
Planning and Monitoring Weekly fill rate of RM
Planning & monitoring of Packing material & its costing
Ring requirement form Banglore & its follow-up
Man-management in shop
Controls/Implementation of IATF & EHS guidelines and presenting for departmental audits
Corresponding with Purchase / stores & vendors for in time delivery of coil springs
Look after coil springs store receipt & issue
Look after MRP record, its changes implementation.
Making set formation of rings & job order creation after receiving rings from final inspection
Co-ordinating 5S Activities in dept.
Production entries in SAP ring sets and transferred to P310
Production Lines Setting and Production Supervision in absence of Samir Gupta & support
MIS related to inventory, billing, kitting & related FAS activities
Monitoring Inventory (rings & coil springs) & stock reconciliations in dept.& resolving variances.

Required Experience

Graduation in commerce/ Diploma in Engg.

Basics of Supply Chain management

Data management & SAP conversant

Experience of 2-5 years in warehouse management & planning skills
