Job Description : Description – External
The Supervisor Community Engagement supports community engagement activities and coordinates the guest relations services at Temple University Hospital (TUH). Improves the patient and family experience by coordinating and developing a wide range of community engagement activities for TUH as well as concierge/hospitality services to make patients and families more comfortable. Establishes and maintains effective relationships with the patients and families within the TUH service area. Supports community engagement initiatives and all volunteer program onboarding. Participates as an advocate in the Independent Living Donor program.
EducationBachelors Degree : Healthcare related field (Required)
Experience2 Years experience in a related position (Required)
License/CertificationsCPXP – Cert Patient Experience Prof (Preferred)
40 hours/9:00a-5:00p_
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:

8 hour shift
