This position has the option to work in one of our key hubs (San Ramon, CA, Tempe, AZ, Omaha, NE) or to work remotely as long as it is in within our 27 state working footprint which includes AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IA, IL, KS, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, WA, WI, WY, NY.
Pay Range: $55,000-$75,000/year

What you will do
As a member of the Enterprise Learning Solutions team, you will design, develop and facilitate blended learning solutions, including instructor-led, virtual instructor-led and online courses. You will manage projects and timelines from start to finish, meeting deadlines along the way. You’ll work with business partners to assess needs, learning objectives and measurement strategies. You may create courses in Articulate 360, help create podcasts and videos, and facilitate all types of instructor-led learning. In addition, you will use tools and technology that enable process improvement and efficiencies while driving effectiveness.
What you need
Degree in Learning & Development, Design or other related disciplines
Engaging facilitation skills, ideally for leadership-based ILT and VILT courses
Experience working with Articulate 360 or other online authoring tools
Strong knowledge of learning and development principles
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Required Experience
Requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
May have practical knowledge of project management.
Requires 5 years minimum prior relevant experience.
