Job Description : Analyzing distribution Portfolios.
Analyzing and identifying risk associated with provided documents for the assigned file.
Constructing conceptual data and process models for the risk identifications and discrepancies.
Identifying root causes and derive corrective actions to meet short & long term business requirements.
Verification of Non-Discrepancy checks of Original Property papers pertaining to Mortgage Loans – LAP for disbursing the loan.
Tracking Post Disbursal documents.
Publishing the PDD reports to the branches and to the management.
Follow up with branched for PDD Reports.
