Job Description : Tele-Caller

Your objective will be to satisfy the clients by delivering prompt and quality service.

Your job may involve:
Communicating with global clients.
Understanding client’s requirement and delivering the output in desired time, with expected quality of work.
Making B2B Calls to potential customers and describing products services.
Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services.
Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
Fix appointments for the Onboarding Call and offering the Trial to the customers.
Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
Generate between 2-3 hot leads per day.
You must possess:
A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized institute/ university or equivalent with the good academic track record. Degree holders in Engineering/ Master’s Degree holders/MBAs may be considered but without any extra weightage.
1-2 + Year (International Call Centre).
Excellent English Communication skills (Verbal & Written).
Excellent phone manner and articulation.
Computer Skills like Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Internet and emails.
Time management skills.
