Job Description : Answering incoming calls to hospital, providing patient information, overhead paging when needed, and individual beeper paging.
Operators at the Medical Center answer calls for the Physicians Answering Service, in addition to processing and delivering messages.
Coordinating Code Blue, Code Red, Code Yellow, Code Pink, Code Black and Trauma

High School diploma.
1-3 years operator or switchboard experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills is a Call Center environment
