Job Description : Job Description:
The Operations Project Analyst will assist the Service Delivery Organization and interface with Client Program Management. The successful candidate for the OPA will champion planning, coordination, monitoring service performance, and communication of the multidisciplinary/cross-functional team responsible for delivering Managed Services and a high-level customer experience as directed by the Service Delivery Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

Primary Interface with the RISC team (Audit) and their workload – Detail and Analytic focused.
Ultimate person responsible for the Quality of our Audit (RISC or HWS) product being delivered back to customer.
Responsible for SOP, Instructions to the field and managing the L0-L5 process. Maintain project timeframes, objectives, and communications
Create and manage documentation and reports for projects
Track, forecast and report on project progress including metrics and challenges
Participate in the Service Delivery Team for Global Operations Support, Field Repair Service, Global Onsite Deployments Support and Reverse RMA Logistics
Project management of the execution phase of data center initiatives (post-design)
Communicate project plans, goals, and direction for the projects
Organize project meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members
Maintain project schedules
Coordinate procurement and delivery of hardware required to support the project
Work with a cross-functional set of stakeholders to support the project initiative, ensuring installation meets client provided design and standards
Management of in-flight project changes. All changes should be reviewed with assigned Technical Program Manager (TPM) & PMG DC Team Manager
Generate and maintain reports that cover – effort utilization, forecasting, classification, and priorities.
Share lessons learned and best practices impacting our work processes and support improvement initiatives.
Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements
Creation and management of design documentation
Drafting and coordinating requirements from various engineering teams (Building services, AV, Controls, software, applications, computer systems)
Preparation project organization and communication charts
Attend project meetings and distribute minutes and actions to all project team members
Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades
Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans and work hours
Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner
Review field inspection reports throughout the lifecycle of the project
Maintain project schedule.
Maintain project documentation using agreed structured and approach
Track & manage contemplated change notices and change orders in the database
Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained
Responsible for obtaining all project closeout documentation.
Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others
Keep stakeholders informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
Job Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of best practices around Communication, Scheduling, Planning, Traceability and Accountability.
OPA should have Experience in Edge Data Center, Edge Network, POP, Telecommunication, Telco, CDN, Fiber Networking or Fiber Optics Networking and Compliance Management
Great at organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking
Strong understanding in project management and data analysis
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional research and reporting skills
Portal Proficient: Project Management software, Excel
Education: College Degree, Engineering or Business preferred
5-10 Years IT Infrastructure technologies Experience
ITIL, PMP, CCNA, DCIM, CCIE Certification is plus
