The Product Test Technician performs tests in our test lab on a variety of our products across our brands OtterBox, LifeProof and Liviri. You will help ensure our products are of high quality and meet or exceed our standards. You will be responsible for conducting tests and recording results.

Support all of the organization’s product testing needs including (but not limited to): Fit and function compatibility, shock and drop, environmental exposure, water and dust ingress, mechanical cycling, material property testing
Ensure accuracy and clarity of work and test requests
Create detailed test reports
Ensure on time and accurate execution of tests
Troubleshoot and analyze failures
Perform duties that limits downtime of lab equipment or resources. Duties include equipment preventative maintenance, repair, and calibration, as well as maintaining stock of consumables
Maintain a clean and organized lab
Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment
Other duties as required
Qualifications:
Associates Degree required. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
Minimum one year of applicable mechanical testing experience required.
