We are looking for Ticket Office Associate Manager to join our family!

The person in this role will assist in the oversight of SS&E ticket operations including: San Antonio Spurs (NBA), San Antonio FC (USL), Austin Spurs (G-League) and events at Toyota Field. The selected candidate’s main responsibility will be to lead all aspects of all day-to-day operations of San Antonio FC and Toyota Field ticket operations as described in the responsibilities below in addition to working closely with the entire Ticket Operations team to provide outstanding support for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

Oversees ticket operations for San Antonio FC and events at Toyota Field such as: building event and price codes in ticket system, representing Ticket Operations in SAFC leadership meetings, setup auto-renewal process, handling inventory, and providing crucial communications.
Assists Manager of Spurs & Franchise Ticket Office in ticket operations for SS&E owned and operated entities (San Antonio Spurs, Austin Spurs). This includes building events/price codes, processing orders, being manager on duty at the AT&T Center Box Office, etc.
Assists with ticket operations aspects for Corporate Ticket Operations.
Process all orders coming through the ticket operations and box office departments including group orders, season ticket orders, concert orders, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Minimum of two (2) years working in sports and entertainment industry.
Experience using Ticketmaster Host, Archtics, or similar ticketing system
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point, and other digital literacy required.
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations/Information.
Must have a strong sense of self-awareness and emotional intelligence, problem solving skills and coordinate multiple task.
Flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
Comfort and experience collaborating with various levels of staff and management, while working in a fast-paced environment.
Job is able to be done 80% remotely/20% on-site or as needed.
